Sessions are conducted from the comfort of a client’s home or any public park, and is perfect for those clients with specific workout preferences or limitations.

$40/per session

IN PERSON - Group Sessions

This group format provides a program designed to help clients achieve individualized health and fitness goals but within a group environment.

Sessions are conducted from public parks, and is perfect for those clients who feed off of others for motivation and workout push.

$20/per session

IN PERSON - Youth Group Session

This group format provides a program designed specifically for youth. These sessions cater to strength and conditioning needs of youth athletes, as well as those kids needing a structured exercise program in order to increase overall health and fitness.

Sessions are conducted from public parks, and also focuses on mentorship and confidence building.

$20/per session

VIRTUAL - Private Session

This virtual one-on-one format provides a customized program designed to help clients achieve their health and fitness goals.

Sessions are conducted virtually through Zoom from the comfort of a client’s home, and is perfect for those clients with specific workout preferences or limitations.

$25/per session

VIRTUAL - Evening Group Session

This virtual group format provides a program designed to help clients achieve individualized health and fitness goals from the comfort of their homes but within a group environment.

Sessions are conducted virtually through Zoom, and is perfect for those clients who prefer the convenience of working out from home.
