Sessions are conducted from public parks, and also focuses on mentorship and confidence building.

This virtual one-on-one format provides a customized program designed to help clients achieve their health and fitness goals.
Sessions are conducted virtually through Zoom from the comfort of a client’s home, and is perfect for those clients with specific workout preferences or limitations.
VIRTUAL - Evening Group Session
This virtual group format provides a program designed to help clients achieve individualized health and fitness goals from the comfort of their homes but within a group environment.
Sessions are conducted virtually through Zoom, and is perfect for those clients who prefer the convenience of working out from home.
