IN-PERSON - Group Sessions
Sessions are conducted from public parks, and is perfect for those clients who feed off of others for motivation and workout push.
Schedule: Monday/Wednesday/Friday at 5:30am – 6:30am
IN-PERSON - Youth Group Sessions
These sessions cater to strength and conditioning needs of youth athletes, as well as those kids needing a structured exercise program in order to increase overall health and fitness.
Sessions are conducted from public parks, and also focuses on mentorship and confidence building.
Schedule: Tuesday & Thursday at 4pm – 5pm
VIRTUAL - Private Sessions
This virtual one-on-one format provides a customized program designed to help clients achieve their health and fitness goals.
Sessions are conducted virtually through Zoom from the convenience and comfort of a client’s home or any location, and is perfect for those clients with specific workout preferences or limitations.
VIRTUAL - Morning Group Sessions
This virtual group format provides a program designed to help clients achieve individualized health and fitness goals from the convenience and comfort of their homes or any location, but within a group boot-camp environment.
Sessions are conducted virtually through Zoom, and is perfect for those clients who prefer the convenience of working out from home.
Schedule: Monday / Wednesday & Friday at 7:00am – 7:40am
VIRTUAL - Evening Group Sessions
This virtual group format provides a program designed to help clients achieve individualized health and fitness goals from the convenience and comfort of their homes or any location, but within a group boot-camp environment.
Sessions are conducted virtually through Zoom, and is perfect for those clients who prefer the convenience of working out from home.
Schedule: Tuesday & Thursday at 6:45pm – 7:25pm
ABOUT ME
I’m an Olympic and Commonwealth Games Silver Medalist, Pan-American Games Gold Medalist, twice NCAA Division One 400m Champion, the Consultant Coach for Oral Roberts University Track, Field, and Cross-Country program, a Certified Weight Loss Specialist, Fitness Instructor and Strength, and Conditioning Coach.
Along with being a professional athlete, I’m an entrepreneur, motivational speaker, and virtual fitness instructor, serving in the health and fitness industry.
Educationally, I’ve obtained numerous Health and Fitness Certifications, a Master’s Degree in Business Administration, a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, and started a Ph.D. in Education.
My life’s purpose is to inspire others to “Dream Big … Work Hard … Have Faith” This is demonstrated through my personal aspirations, speaking engagements, and social and civic outreach programs.
